Privacy policy

This policy describes the public marketing website at coinpricefeeds.com. Client dashboards and contracted services have separate operational access and service terms.

Information you choose to send

The public website does not contain an account-registration system. The current external request form asks for an email address, a name, the type of request, and—if you choose—an alternative written contact such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or Skype.

The information is received by the people responsible for CoinPriceFeeds enquiries so they can reply in writing, assess a possible service, or provide material you asked for. It is not used to create a public profile or to send unrelated advertising.

Do not include feed credentials, live hostnames, client identities, trading account data, or other confidential operational information in the first public form. Sensitive integration details should be exchanged through an agreed private channel.

Cookies and analytics

The static marketing pages in this website source do not set advertising cookies and do not include an analytics or advertising script.

The web server or hosting provider may record standard request information—such as IP address, requested URL, user agent, response status, and time—for security, availability, and technical operation.

Authenticated client dashboards are separate services and use essential session cookies to maintain a secure sign-in. They are not part of the public marketing site described here.

External services

The website links to third-party services:

  • Google Forms for contact requests;
  • Telegram for service-status updates; and
  • the external host used for the Feed Checker download.

When you follow one of those links, that provider may process information under its own privacy and cookie policies. CoinPriceFeeds does not control the provider’s site or settings.

How information is used

Contact information may be used to:

  • reply to your question;
  • provide demo, pricing, or technical information;
  • ask focused follow-up questions by email;
  • prepare a written proposal or onboarding instructions; and
  • maintain a record of the business correspondence.

Retention and access requests

How long business correspondence is kept depends on the enquiry, whether it develops into a service relationship, and applicable business or legal requirements.

CoinPriceFeeds does not publish a single fixed retention period for all correspondence because a rejected enquiry, an active proposal, and a contracted client record have different operational and legal purposes. Information should not be kept longer than those purposes require.

To ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable, email support@coinpricefeeds.com and make the privacy request clear. If you already have an established written correspondence route with the team, you can reply through that route instead.

Security

The public website is intended to be served over HTTPS. No public website can guarantee absolute security, so avoid sending secrets through a general enquiry form.

Client access, private market data, and production integration details are handled through separate authenticated and restricted systems.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the public site, contact process, or applicable service providers change. The “last updated” date for this page is 28 July 2026.
