The request form asks for your contact details and what you would like to receive. You do not need a finished specification. When we reply, you can include any of these details you already have:
- the instrument groups you need;
- the sources or venue accounts you already use;
- one representative pricing rule;
- the platform bridge, FIX consumer, or other destination;
- your primary and backup expectations; and
- any pricing or technical question you want answered.
What happens next
We review the request and normally reply within two business days. The reply contains any focused questions and the most useful next step in writing. That may be demo-feed access, current pricing information, or a technical answer.
There is no need to book a meeting. If an unusual integration later has a genuine reason for live troubleshooting, we will explain why first. Otherwise, communication stays in writing.
